终端powershell美化

这里主要是说一些细节用法，可能有的人不知道怎么改默认的打开主题，很多人会发现按照教程的方法改了主题，但是重启powershell后发现主题没生效

实际上是需要更改配置文件的启动脚本   Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1   

参考路径：C:\Users\Shell\Documents\WindowsPowerShell\Microsoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1
