游戏人物传：大草原上的人民忍受着俄罗斯的统治，将近五百年之久了。旧沙俄时期的沙文主义政策冲不散他们的民族魂，新苏联时期的集团主义政策破不了他们的身份感。鞑靼人、巴什基尔人和许多其他少数民族都深信这一点：统治者来了又走，而自己的文化却永存世间。

然后，塔博里茨基来了。

他们残酷的程度能让最残暴的沙皇说一句：“你有点极端了。”塔博里茨基跟他的突击队如千斤之重锤，狠狠的砸在散布于俄罗斯各地的少数民族的脊柱上，肆意的抹去一个又一个村社。随着俄罗斯渐渐堕入午夜时分，似乎高傲的存在了数百年的草原民族消失了，彻底灭绝了。然而冥冥之中自有天意，塔博里茨基的玩火自焚，不仅仅让他个人万劫不复，而且还让这个破碎的神俄政权化为灰土。

终于赢得了喘息之机，草原民族决定联合互保，以免北方余孽用鲜血洗刷草原。最终，一个名为伊德尔-乌拉尔自由邦的联合会成立了。鞑靼、巴什基尔和乌德穆尔特这三个加盟共和国各出两个代表，然后再全联盟中再选三个代表。联合会为这些曾经奴隶民族提供了史无前例的自由与民主。

然而，草原的儿女能否捍卫自己的民族与血脉，还尚未可知。（愿他们继续驰骋在本属于他们的土地）

In-Game Biography: Click to Show Even after nearly half a millennium spent under Russian domination, the peoples of the steppe have endured. Chauvinistic policies imposed upon them by the tsars of old did not manage to break their spirit, nor did the socially collectivistic nature of the Soviet Union wash away their sacred identity. The Tatars, Bashkirs, and so many other minority peoples began to believe that no matter who their masters were, their cultures would survive. 

Then came Sergey Taboritsky. 

Wielding a capacity for cruelty that even the most belligerent of Russian autocrats would consider a bridge too far, Taboritsky and his dreaded Shturmoviki came down upon the minority cultures dotted across Russia's landscape like a ton of bricks, systematically wiping out communities with reckless abandon. As the Regent's dark grip upon the nation continued to tighten, it seemed as though the steppe peoples were, after so many years of proud existence, facing total extinction. Then, as though by divine intervention itself, Taboritsky was consumed by the dark abyss that he himself had created, and his regime followed. 

With a chance to catch their breath, the minority communities of the steppe decided now was the time to come together for mutual defense, before the scourge to the north had another chance to finish their bloodthirsty mission. What resulted was the Joint Council, an administrative body for the so-called Idel-Ural Free State. With two representatives from each constituent republic, Tatar, Bashkir and Udmurt, as well as three to represent the people as a whole, the Council provides a level of representation that these besieged peoples have not experienced for some time. 

Whether or not they can preserve what remains of the sons and daughters of the steppe, however, remains to be seen...

·       Multinational Team: The council is made up of two representatives from the constituent republics of Tatar, Bashkir, and Udmurt, as well as three to represent the people as a whole.

·       We ARE Struggling Together: Numerous factions in the council fiercely debate over each other, such as whether the council should expel the Russians or allow them to stay.
