Lyme Carditis typically occurs 1-2 months after the onset of infection. The AV conduction blockade due to Lyme disease is transient, and will resolve with early initiation of appropriate antibiotics. 

莱姆心脏炎通常在感染1-2个月后发生。由莱姆病导致的房室传导阻滞是短暂的，可以通过早期有效抗生素恢复。
