这个问题其实比较开放，自己根据自己的经历来谈就可以。但是这类询问经历的口语题会有一个套路：故事叙述+主题升华。面试官更想看到的是你通过一件事情学习到了什么，例如：沟通技巧（communication skills）、语言表达能力（language competence ）……

补充提升：STAR 法则

STAR 法则,即为Situation Target Action Result 的缩写，具体含义是:

Situation: 事情是在什么情况下发生

Target: 你是如何明确你的目标的

Action: 针对这样的情况分析，你采用了什么行动方式

Result: 结果怎样，在这样的情况下你学习到了什么

简而言之，STAR 法则，就是一种讲述自己故事的方式，或者说，是一个清晰、条理的叙述模板。不管是什么，合理熟练运用此法则，可以轻松的对面试官描述事物的逻辑方式，表现出自己分析阐述问题的清晰性、条理性和逻辑性。

示例：

In order to improve my practical ability,I became a financial intern in XXX during last summer vacation.At first, I spent most of my time helping them to sort out the data.Although it was a simple job,I need to take it very seriously. When I met something I didn't understand, I would like to ask my colleagues for advice.Gradually I learned to read financial statements. What’s more,my analytical and presentation skills have also been greatly improved.I am very grateful for this internship experience, which made me know my own shortcomings and broadened my horizons.
