Question 问题：

Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis is associated with the use of SGLT2 inhibitors. Is an insulin infusion typically recommended for the treatment of EDKA given the normal glucose? What about in patients who do not use insulin for home glucose control? 

正常血糖糖尿病酮症酸中毒（EDKA）与服用SGLT2抑制剂有关。由于血糖正常，静脉胰岛素还要常规用于治疗EDKA 吗？

 Answer 答案：

Insulin is utilized to resolve ketoacidosis, no matter the glucose level; insulin infusion is recommended even if patients do not use insulin for home glucose control. Dextrose 5% is administered concurrently with IV insulin. 

不论血糖水平，胰岛素都被用来缓解酮症酸中毒；即使患者在家不用胰岛素控制血糖，也建议静滴胰岛素。给静脉胰岛素同时要给5%葡萄糖。
