强调句：It is/was + 被强调部分 + that/who…

被强调部分：主语，宾语，表语，状语； 不能强调谓语动词

that 被强调的可以为人、物；  who 被强调的可以为人。

判断：掉 It is/was that 之后，整个句子仍然完整。

      when 改为 that
