Right now more than ever, our hearts need healing. This subliminal is made with the intention to heal our own heart spaces and bring unconditional love and peace to the world around us. Two frequencies are used: 

♥ 528hz (the miracle tone, heals DNA)

♥ 639hz (the heart chakra tone, heals all relationships including social issues)

Relax into a comfortable seated or laying position. Make the space as comfortable as you can. Feel free to grab a pillow or blanket as you wrap yourself in deep healing frequencies and affirmations. Remember to take a few deep breaths, releasing any emotions no longer serving you. Imagine a bright healing light entering with each inhale that cleanses and restores the body and soul.

Drink water if your body feels called to after the meditation.
