Pediatric ovarian torsion is difficult to diagnose and can lead to significant morbidity and possible mortality if not treated emergently. If ovaries appear normal on imaging, can the clinician feel comfortable excluding the diagnosis? 

儿童卵巢扭转诊断是不容易的，如果没有进行紧急处理，将导致严重的并发症和死亡。如卵巢在影像检查时看上去正常，临床医生能够有信心的排除次诊断吗？

Answer 答案：

In patients younger than 15 years-old, about 50% of those who present with ovarian torsion have normal ovaries. 

对于年龄小于15岁儿童，大概50%以卵巢扭转就诊患者会有正常卵巢。
