中国传统婚礼，是华夏文化的重要部分。古时于黄昏举行，取其阴阳交替之义。古时的婚礼简朴干净，没有喧嚣的宴席。那时的婚礼重的是夫妇之义，并不认为这是一件可以喧闹嘈杂的事。也许是因为汉代以后频发战乱夜晚不安全的缘故，故婚礼仪式在白天举行。中国人喜欢红色，将红色看做是幸福，成功，忠诚和繁荣的象征。因此在中国传统婚礼上，主色调是红色，有红色的蜡烛，红色的缎带和红花。

husband and wife and were not considered as noisy . perhaps because the war frequently happened.After the Han Dynasty

and it was insecure at night the wedding ceremony was held during the day.Chinese people love red and,who consider red as the symbol of happiness ,success,loyalty and prosperity .Therefore,in traditional Chinese weddings, the main color is red ,with red candles ,red ribbons,and red flowers.
