I'm leaning towards the theory that she may have eaten her husband because he was loosing controll, getting consumed by the curse or was on verge of death as opposed to her just being crazy and worshipping an evil god.

I feel like calling it a blessing from Amon & the other deities isn’t quite the right way to put it either. It’s more like since they’re interested in the outcome of Klein’s actions so they just let him do what he wants without getting in his way. I mean I feel like normally if someone was to scry directly on a god like Klein has they wouldn’t just let him off with a one-off retaliation. They probably would have done something about him through their followers against a “blasphemer” but instead the just left him alone after a slap on the wrist. As for Amon… who knows what he’s thinking, he could be actively helping Klein just for sh*ts and giggles for all we know.

There's something that's seriously bothering me about the worldbuilding revelations from the last chapter. I'm posting this here to get some feedback from you, fellow readers. We're told that the The Primordial One (TPO) created the entire universe. Sounds fine - but all of his "body parts" (sefirah, authorities) just so hAppened to land on a single planet where a human civilization then sprouted. What seems completely absurd to me is the scale of things. The universe is so massive, our planet is less that a drop of water compared to the ocean that is the entire creation. And the entity that CREATED this "ocean" just fizzled out and broke into some (comparatively) miniscule parts - authorities and sefirah. This is especially bizarre when we consider that there exists confirmed extraterrestrial life (as per Planeswalker potion ritual). Logically, these authorities should at least give power to shatter planetary systems, but when we see the dieties duking it out, it's at most on a regional scale (well, they're probably holding back to preserve their anchors). This is a common gripe I have with the generic fantasy "saving the universe from Kansas" theme. Alien horrors beyond human comprehension are invading the Earth... in New York/Tokyo/wherever, every single time. Just like in Bleach there was a parade of mankind-ending threats that all were neatly resolved by some japanese spirit dudes. Or when Sanderson presented and neutralized a planetary calamity all in the space of a small continent. And don't get me started on how some stars "blinked" (after Klein learned about Cosmos from Amon) when they're supposed to be thousands of light years away... If you managed to read to this part, thank you for tolerating my little rant (I otherwise love LotM). The relevant TVTrope is "Tokyo is the center of the universe".
关于上一章的一些世界观揭秘部分，我实在是有一些想不通的问题。我把这些问题写在这里，希望能从各位书友处得到一些反馈。之前提到原初是创造了这个宇宙的存在。听起来还挺正常——但他“尸体”的各个部位（源质，权柄）就这么凑巧地都落在了同一个星球上，而且还正好是人类文明萌芽的地方。目前我感觉超级荒谬的是，这整个设定的规模。宇宙有那么大，我们的星球与之相比甚至连海里的一滴水都不如。而这个创造了这片“海洋”的存在就这么消逝了，分解成了一些（相对而言）简直微不足道的部分——权柄和源质。一想到这个世界上是存在地外生命的（旅法师的仪式实锤了这一点），这件事情就变得特别奇怪了。逻辑上来说，这些权柄应该至少能给予摧毁行星系级别的力量吧，但我们看到的神明对决，波及范围最多就是一个区域那么大（嗯，他们也许为了保住他们的锚没有全力出手），这也是我对常规幻想题材的作品中感觉很不爽的一个共性：堪萨斯小镇青年拯救宇宙什么的。每次都是这种剧情……人类无法理解的外型恐怖存在正在入侵地球，入侵地点是纽约/东京/随便什么地方。简直就像是在《死神Bleach》里，一群能随时毁灭人类的威胁最后都是被一群日本死神/灵魂系能力的老哥们轻松摆平。或者又像是桑德森出场，直接在只有一片大陆那么大的小空间里化解了能毁灭行星的天灾的情况。而且我甚至都不想提远处那些星星到底是怎么“眨眼”的（就在克莱恩从阿蒙那里得知了星空的隐秘之后），那可都是几千光年之外的星星啊……如果你真的看到了我的评论，感谢你能忍受我这些小小的怒吼（我还是很爱诡秘的）。如果非要用一个知名影视作品梗来形容我的感受的话，那应该就是“宇宙中心在东京”。

Well, you cant say for sure that everything is on Earth, the only being from the cosmos until now is that dude from the wishing lamp, and he didnt say anything about there is only beyonders on Earth. The author already did an great job building this world thus far, can you even think about 220 classes for an rpg? You can try to think about something crazy to make up for the flaws of the world. Something like this: he died on earth, so obviosly everything is there, after all, when you die your pieces wont go to space. (Unless something really crazy hAppenned) Also, maybe not everything was on earth, but after so many years, that law of beyonder items will pull everything to one planet. About everything is centered on Tokyo, well, thats only depends on the author, if is something like a super hero show, then "the whole world" will be america, if is chinese then it will be china. That hAppens because those author usually arent familiar with other countrys, and even if they know a little, is better use something that they know better like they home country, since you can easily piss off an fan of another country if you do an wrong representation, is even hard to make jokes, you can easily make a joke mocking your own country, but if you mock another country, people will be mad just because you are not from the same country.
嗯，现在还不能肯定地说所有东西都在地球上吧，目前唯一一个来自星空的存在就是那个许愿神灯里的老哥，而且他也没提到任何说只有地球上有非凡者的事情。作者目前在构建世界观方面还是非常出色的，你能想象在rpg游戏里出现220个职业吗？你可以自己脑补一些疯狂的东西来给这个世界观弥补漏洞嘛。比如这样的：原初是在地球上死亡的，所以所有东西都落在那里，理所当然，毕竟你死了之后你掉落的物品也不会飞进宇宙啊。（除非发生了一些非常疯狂的事情）而且，也许并不是所有东西都落在了地球上，而是在许多年以后，因为非凡物品聚合法则，将所有的物品都吸引到了同一颗星球上。关于世界中心在东京什么的，嗯，这完全取决于作者吧，如果是类似超级英雄秀的作品的话，那“全世界”都等于美国，如果是中国人写的，那就是中国。这是因为那些作者一般都对其他国家不熟悉，即使他们多少知道一点，那也是用自己熟悉的事情更好嘛，比如自己的祖国，毕竟你的描述要是不准确，就很容易惹恼来自其他国家的粉丝。想开玩笑就更难了，你写自嘲自己国家的笑话很简单，但如果你嘲笑其他国家，那人家肯定会生气的，因为你又不是和人家来自同一个国家的。

So far, we technically haven't actually seen the deities duking it out. As far as we know, they're probably fighting on a higher plane of existence/dimension, only affecting reality to kill the anchors of other deities or defending their own. There aren't any dragon ball like characters fighting on the sky at Backlund's borders. All we see are just reality itself turning chaotic. Everything we read so far are in the perspective of humans, after all. Keep in mind that this a mystery novel. Questions like "Why is everything focused on earth?", or "why would the Primordial One even care about the small planet?" is part of the mystery, NOT a plothole. Though the first question is easy.. (The story focuses on earth BECAUSE the Primordial one places "His" focus on it. The "Why" is part of the mystery.) Also, why do you assume that the Outer Deities (Literal ancient gods) won't be able to see earth from several million light years away?

Oh man. Now that was a fitting way to go. I felt like there was a possibility of Lovia (& the True Creator too) not actually being “evil” but could have seen it go either way and I’m honestly glad it turned out this way. This will probably be a big moment for Derrick’s character development because this whole time he’s been incredibly suspicious and weary of her that now that she sacrificed herself so wholeheartedly I feel like that will leave him feeling guilty of his prior thoughts on her while he now greatly respects her and her memory. Cuttlefish does an amazing job with his trickery like this. He leads us by the nose and as soon as we think we know what’s going to hAppen he slApped us with a twist. I thought this whole part was going to go down with Sasir being weakened but non-hostile (which did sort of hAppen) then Lovia & the True Creator would make their move and Klein & co would have to fight them off. This however was a far better scenario and is only made better because we didn’t see it coming.

Actually hmmm he rules over the knowledge pathway so he probably had ways to get glimpses into the future in some ways... ASG also knew about that someone will leave the grey fog and placed importance on it. Maybe, just maybe he knew his resurrection would depend upon someone like Klein? It would be cool if the whole True Creator and sleeping Dark Angel was a setup that needed Klein to resurrect ASG or whats left of him :D

At this point I can't even follow if the True Creator should even a bad guy. Is he more the ASG and thus from the past like Klein, and if so why has he been so evil until now? The influence of His singular pathway of degeneration or just because he's willing to do anything to recover and descend? Or is he more the OC? Why does the OC seem so evil when He created the Universe? I guess without knowing what He will do once revived, he's not evil, he just wants to revive, which is at odds with the existence of every Beyonder, so he just seems evil.
现在我甚至不知道真实造物主到底是不是个坏蛋了。他体内远太的成分是不是更多？这样的话他就更像是来自过去的人，就像克莱恩一样，但如果是这样的话，为什么他到现在一直都表现得如此邪恶？是受到了他目前仅有的堕落途径的影响吗，还是说只是因为他想要不择手段恢复力量和降临？或者说他其实更倾向于原处造物主那一面？为什么原初在创造了宇宙的情况下，还一直以来都表现得这么邪恶？我感觉在目前还不知道他复活之后会做什么的情况下，他看起来并不算是邪恶的存在，他只是想要复活，而这和每一个非凡者的存在都是互斥的，所以他看起来像是个反派。

Debatable. The TC killed Dunn, but he died because of Vance Ingwell. Klein was directly killed by Vance. They kind of assumed the descent of the TC would kill the whole city, so they got in his way. Let's say they were wrong about the city getting destroyed - if they weren't trying to stop Him the TC wouldn't have gone after them.

Umm regarding the true creator, I'm pretty sure that it was just revealed a few chapters back that Sasrir fused himsef into the remains of the corpse using the intense emtions of hatred and malice to ressurect as the true creator. So being a half mad resurrected corpse filled with malice ruling over the power of degeneration does not leave you a lot of wiggle room to be some kind of magnificent kind god I think xD

I read that as the ASG resurrected himself as the TC... I'm not sure the distinction matters since Sasrir is the ASG's dummy account. It might since their personality might differ since Sasrir was only He was only part of ASG? Also can't forget the OC corruption...

Sasrir was already the darker side of ASG, then he become True Creator using hatred and malice to resurrect ASG. Also only the original body experienced the corruption, Sasrir was safe so True Creator theoretical should be safe as well, just really crazy

Maybe is more important to Amon steal the Blasphemy Slate because he need it for his ritual, after all is quite hard to know what a ritual for sequence 0 will be. If he have the Blasphemy Slate he can predict when someone is trying to ascend to be a god and take action, but if he only need the slate for this, then this mean that his relationship with Adam is quite bad, since Adam have the second blasphemy slate, can't he even show to his brother? He already showed to a bunch of dudes... Also, I think there is no mention about a Red Priest, but if you remember the ritual for it "Start a war that sweeps an entire continent and gain victory.", this is what Adam is trying to do, and the country that started the war have a lot of people from the hunter pathway, maybe this ritual in underway, I can see Amon and the non-mentioned Red Priest fighting to become a god already, or if Amon and Adam relationship is really bad, maybe Amon will even try to replace him in his ritual. I am up for some brother fight!
