晶面指数&密勒指数

一、两种表示晶面的指数

原胞基矢%5Cvec%7Ba_%7B1%7D%20%7D%20%5Cvec%7Ba_%7B2%7D%20%7D%20%5Cvec%7Ba_%7B3%7D%20%7D%20

晶面指数 借助原胞基矢 %5Cvec%7Ba_%7B1%7D%20%7D%20%5Cvec%7Ba_%7B2%7D%20%7D%20%5Cvec%7Ba_%7B3%7D%20%7D%20为单位矢量,用(h_%7B1%7D%20h_%7B2%7D%20h_%7B3%7D%20)表示晶面指数。h_%7B1%7D%20%EF%BC%9Ah_%7B2%7D%20%EF%BC%9Ah_%7B3%7D%3D%5Cfrac%7B1%7D%7Br%7D%20%20%EF%BC%9A%5Cfrac%7B1%7D%7Bs%7D%20%EF%BC%9A%5Cfrac%7B1%7D%7Bt%7D, h_%7B1%7D%20%E3%80%81h_%7B2%7D%20%E3%80%81h_%7B3%7D%20为整数且互质,rst为截距。

密勒指数 是借助晶胞基矢 a%2Cb%2Cc为单位矢量,一般用一组互质的 hkl 表征晶面。

对于(002)这样的则不是以上两种指数,而是衍射面指数(衍射峰指数)。

二、面间距的计算区别

1. 对于晶面指数来说,直接使用面间距公式就是正确的:

(3)对于体心立方

(4)对于六角晶格

2. 对于密勒指数来说,是不可以直接使用面间距公式的。

需要使用以下的修正公式

(1)对于简立方,m=1,a=b=c,则

d_%7Bhkl%7D%3D%5Cfrac%7Ba%7D%7B%5Csqrt%7Bh%5E%7B2%7D%2Bk%5E%7B2%7D%2Bl%20%5E%7B2%7D%7D%20%7D

和使用晶面指数一致。

(2)对于面心立方,a=b=c

当h、k、l全为奇数时,m=1;否则,m=2。

(3)对于体心立方,a=b=c

当h+k+l=偶数时,m=1;否则,m=2。

(4)对于六角晶格
