TIM_CCMR对输入信号进行采样,连续N个信号都为高(低)电平时,才输出高(低)电平。
TIM_CCMR能防止信号抖动,滤波
TI1F选择边沿检测的极性:上升或下降沿,得到TL1FP1触发信号,


1. RCC时钟开启,GPIO和TIM
2. GPIO初始化,配置成输入模式(上拉或浮空)
3. 配置时基单元
4. 配置输入捕获单元,(滤波器、极性、通道选择、分频器)
5. 选择从模式触发源(TL1FP1)
6. 选择触发后执行的操作,执行Reset操作
7. TIM_Cmd开启定时器
