Oregon Green 488(监测酸性细胞器或通路中pH)是一种氟化荧光素染料。在水溶液中以互变异构体的形式存在。Oregon Green 488在生理pH值下具有最小的pH依赖性，但由于其pKa=4.8较低。因此可以用作细胞内pH值的指示剂。与荧光素相比，Oregon Green 488对光漂白的敏感性较低。Oregon Green 488已与抗体和蛋白质以及DNA结合，用于标记和检测。Oregon Green 488 偶联物的标准物质或中等酸性溶液（pKa 值 ∼4.7）的 pH 值敏感探头。Emission\Excitation: 514 nm\490 nm。
