Hochest-AF 647 contains AF 647, which is a bright and photosensitive far-red dye. Its excitation is very suitable for 633 nm laser line. Alexa Fluor 647 dye is used to generate stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry. It is water-soluble and pH insensitive between pH 4 and pH 10.
