鱼人Fish people是有触手的两栖动物的古老文明，是自古以来就睡在地球海洋下面的古神Elder God的仆从。他们居住在一个水下城市，名字人类无法发音。

鱼人Fish people于1887年开始出现，激活了休眠的霸天虎Decepticons，如海怪组\海洋战士Seacons(G1)，并将其置于古神Elder God的控制之下。

一年后，数千人出现在人类城镇新斯科舍Port Cenotaph，将居民变成主人的仆人。
