It is said that amongst the greatest of military virtues is to be in the right place at the right time, and for no one is this truer than for the Grey Knights. Aided by the premonitions of their Prognosticars, the Grey Knights can often predict when and where a daemonic incursion will occur, and are sometimes in orbit or even planetside at the time of the invasion. Yet for the daemonic threat to be contained, each warp portal must either be sealed, destroyed or prevented from ever coming into being. For such tasks the Grey Knights rapidly teleport their Battle Brothers directly onto the target.

Strike Squads often form the vanguard of a Grey Knights' strike force. Equipped with lighter armour than the main battle line Terminator Squads, these warriors strike swiftly and surely, and are able to slip through gaps in the enemy line. At the onset of battle, a Grey Knight commander will invariably task one or more Strike Squads with the capture of vital locations and key objectives, deploying the Strike Squads via fixed teleporter to ensure the rapid seizure of isolated or inaccessible locations. Should aetheric disruption or sorcerous interference render such a teleport assault impossible, the Strike Squad will instead be deployed in Rhino or Razorback transports. With their lighter armour, Strike Squad warriors can fit into these cramped vehicles, where those clad in Tactical Dreadnought plate cannot. 

打击小队通常会组成灰骑士打击部队的先锋。相比于组成主要战线的终结者小队，他们装备的动力甲更为轻便。这些战士的进攻迅速而坚定，能够从敌人阵线的缝隙中进行穿插。当战斗开始时，一位灰骑士指挥官总是会派遣一支或多支打击者小队去占领重要地点和关键目标，他会使用固定的传送器来部署打击，以确保快速占领孤立或无法进入的位置。如果传送突击因亚空间扰乱或者法术干扰而不可能被使用的话，灰骑士部队会用犀牛或者疣猪运输车来部署打击小队。由于身着较为轻便的动力甲，打击小队的战士们能够坐入这些狭窄的载具——那些身披战术无畏动力甲的战士们则无法乘坐此类载具。

Once in place, a Strike Squad can lay down a punishing stream of storm bolter and psycannon fire in support of the Chapter's main assault. These warriors are used to fighting alone, as they are frequently cut off from their kin until reinforcements arrive and a beachhead is established. Even unsupported and deep behind enemy lines, Strike Squads are far from easy targets. Once dug in, they are extremely difficult to dislodge - working in tight coordination, and armed with the devastating weaponry of Titan's armouries and their own formidable psychic abilities, they often prove to be a costly thorn in an enemy force's side. 

一旦就位，突击小队就可以用风暴爆弹枪和灵能炮释放出一连串迅猛的攻击来战团的主要进攻。这些战士们习惯于独自作战，他们经常会掐断与战团中兄弟们的联系，直到增援抵达或桥头堡被建立起来。但即使是在没有支援且深入敌后的情况下，突击队也远非容易对付的目标。一旦组好阵势，他们就很难被驱逐——这些战士们协作紧密，装备着泰坦武库中的毁灭性武器装备，而且他们自身也拥有强大的灵能能力，他们经常被证明是敌人的眼中钉。

Strike Squads are essential to the Grey Knights' way of war, for without their reconnaissance and battlefield preparation the Chapter's mass Terminator-led assaults would be a sledgehammer swung blindly in the darkness. When the full force of the Grey Knights' fury is finally deployed, the Strike Squads will emerge from their defensive positions and engage the foe, striking along the flank of the main assault to divert and disrupt any enemy counter-attacks. Harried, wrong-footed and dazed by these surgical strikes, the foe is left reeling, perfectly positioned for the killing stroke. 

对灰骑士的战争方式而言，打击小队是重要的，因为如果没有他们的侦查和战场准备，战团由终结者领导的大规模攻击就像是在黑暗中盲目挥舞的攻城锤。当灰骑士的全部力量都最终被部署时，打击小队就将从他们的防御位置现身并与敌人交战，他们沿着主攻部队的侧翼进行打击，转移和破坏敌人发动的所有反击。这些外科手术般的进攻会令敌人们手足无措、晕头转向，为灰骑士们进行致命一击提供了绝佳条件。

Like the Grey Knights themselves, Nemesis weapons are a deadly fusion of advanced technology and the arcane. Crafted in iron and silver in the fortress monastery on Titan, these prized implements of warfare are inset with ancient runes and power field generators which cause them to crackle with eldritch energy. 

就像灰骑士们自身那样，复仇女神灵能力场武器也是先进技术和（灵能）奥秘的致命融合。这些珍贵的武器是在泰坦上的要塞修道院中用钢铁和银打造而成，其上还嵌入了能使它们附着上噼啪作响的可怕怪异能量的古老符文和力场发生器。
