eg：

v.做记录(重音在后)=keep the record 做记录

3.say for the record 郑重说明（表示强调、引起注意）

4.dumbest为dumb最高级

发音：b不发音

• dumb 愚蠢的、*哑的（不礼貌）

speech(指说话的能力)-impaired 有语言障碍的（礼貌）

deaf 聋的

hearing-impaired 有听力障碍的

• dumb表示一种突然间讲不出话的状态

eg：I was struck dumb by the news.

这条新闻让我惊呆了，一下子讲不出话

strike v.突击 strike struck struck

spurt n.迸发（常用来形容水突然涌出且时间短速度快）
