项目经理【经理岗通用】英文面试现场
先分享一个好消息，最近连着拿到了几个都还不错的offer, 算是最近很开心的一件事，其中有一个真的就是我的梦中情o，不需要每天早起去办公室，到处都可以办公，就是要英文沟通，每天开会多一点，团队管理需要多点实践，但总的来说，对于喜好自由的我来说，着完美兼顾了自己天性和副业，真的是很不错的offer了。或许下半年要开启到处旅行办公的生活啦。原来真的可以轻松不费力，何苦还要为难自己嘞😂？
祝每位正在找工作的小伙伴都可以收到自己心仪的offer。一定要做好准备，坚定信念，相信自己值得更好的，别被某些人事物把你带偏了，然后you feel small. Do not do that! Lend me your ears, you are bigger than you can imagine, but you need take actions to prove it. Make it happen.
虽然我个人很是同意有的朋友说的，国内很多单位说英语是装逼，但是退一万步讲，你掌握一门技能，尤其是这种跟名片一样的技能，还是常用常新，学会了还可以打开你更多通往其他领域和内容的技能，怎么还能说是所谓装逼呢？？？个人很是不理解。我甚至觉得，如果可以，多学几门语言才是真正丰富生活的，延展生命内涵的小妙法。当然这个语言肯定也包括好玩的计算机语言啦。
言归正传，我来给自己当课代表吧，看大家都不积极的，刚好我手痒，打字又是我爱好>_<

When the interviewer say: Please start off and introduce yourself.
小贴士：这边的start off超级好用的，各种开会开头都可用，当然你也可以说kick off，也是非常棒的选择哦。
Your answer could be like: (小声说两句，关于什么模版不模版的，真的不存在你拿走就用的那种，一定要自己craft，craft, craft。完了关于发音就别那么本末倒置，懂不，先开口说咱们，先说出来你才知道自己还有哪些可以提升的，不信的话请参考阿三英语，人家那是自信，那是没办法，民族太多，只能用最次的英语来连接彼此，说多了也是泪目，不过也说明一个最简单的问题，就是你别还没说呢，就开始在那边英音，美音的各种评判，你的小我很喜欢玩这种把戏，拉着你，耗着你，让你觉得自己很low，想想吧，自己每天都说要跑5公里，结果连今晚先出去步行1万步都还没做到？)

I am confident, resilient, I can motivate a team of people to make sure they reach their full potential. I always resolve conflict quickly, and my strategic awareness means everything I do in this role will be geared towards helping you achieve your commercial and financial goals. I am the type of manager who conducts regular performance reviews with my team members to get the most out of them. I adapt to change quickly and make sure it is implemented in the fastest time possible. And I always focus on productivity and output. Finally, if you hire me as your manager, I will make sure your values are adhered to, and I will always support the senior management team to help them achieve everything they want to do in the fastest time possible and with utmost efficiency.
--Why do you want to be a manager?
--I want to be a manager primarily because of the level of responsibility that comes with the position. I am an energetic, ambitious and driven person, and the role of a manger is very much suited to my natural attributes. I also want the type of role that keeps me challenged and busy. And as a manager, I will be kept busy and challenged all of the time and I find those things appealing. I also want to be a manager because I will get to coach and motivate people in the role. There`s something very rewarding about helping people, taking them under your wing and then training them and coaching them to reach their full potential. Finally, I want to be a manager because I am a good organizer and planner of my work. I enjoy setting people difficult targets to achieve and also implementing procedural guidelines for others to follow and then supporting them to achieve an organization`s goals.
