一、Executive Director/Managing Director(J15229)

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications, such as SAC’s certificate (证券从业人员资格证书), Sponsorship Qualification (注册成功的保荐人资格) , CFA or others.

Excellent interpersonal skills, integrating tact and diplomacy.
Strong self-starter, self-confident & energetic.

二、Analyst/Associate(J15231)

Job Description
1. Assist professionals in structuring and executing transactions.
2. Perform financial and statistical analysis.
3. Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation and assist in due diligence efforts.
4. Coordinate and utilize a variety of ancillary services, e.g., financial modeling, graphics, printing, library, computer services.
5. Assigned to a specific function or operate as part of an analyst pool supporting multiple functions.
任职资格：
Requirements
1. One year and above working experience is preferred.
