Answer 答案：

Very high WBC counts can lead to falsely elevated potassium concentrations due to cell fragility. Potassium moves out of platelets after clotting has occurred. Marked thrombocytosis can result in pseudohyperkalemia. 

相当高的WBC计数会由于细胞易破导致假性血钾升高。在血凝块形成后钾从血小板内向外移动。严重血小板增多症会引起假性高钾血症。
