【中英文演讲稿】海伦.米伦2023BAFTA致辞女王

BAFTA’s relationship with her Majesty was  longstanding. And BAFTA would not be what it is today without her loyal support.

英国电影奖和女王陛下的关系是长久的。如果没有她忠实的支持，BAFTA今天不会有现在的地位。

In 1953, her coronation broadcast had the world watching. From that time, she was unquestionably  the nation's leading lady, but as mysterious as a silent film star. 

1953年，她的加冕仪式广播吸引了全世界的目光。从那时起，她无疑是这个国家的领袖女性，但却像无声电影明星一样神秘。

Who else could meet the world's most famous   singers, actors and performance, and turn them into her supporting cast.   

还有谁和她一样见过世界上最著名的歌手、演员和表演者，并把他们变成自己的配角。

Throughout her 70-year reign, she met cinema's greatest icons and witnessed the evolution of Hollywood's golden age to the burst of the blockbuster.Her Majesty was front role for it all. 

在她70年的统治期间，她见证了电影业最伟大的偶像，和好莱坞黄金时代的演变到大片的爆发。女王陛下一直是这一切的主角。

She supported over 50 cultural organizations and in 2013 it was her turn to be honored with a BAFTA in recognition of the Queen's outstanding patronage of the film and television industries. Cinema at its best does what her majesty did effortlessly, bring us together and unite us in a story.

她支持了50多个文化组织，在2013年，轮到她获得了BAFTA的荣誉，以表彰女王对电影和电视产业的杰出赞助。电影在其最佳状态下，能像女王一样毫不费力地把我们聚集起来，用一个故事将我们聚集到一起。
