China's new vaccination bus to be put into use in April

China's first vaccination vehicle will hit the streets in April in Beijing and north China's Hebei province, which will allow people to receive COVID-19 shots near their residence without travelling to vaccination stations.

The interior of the vaccination vehicle resembles that of a bus, but with fewer seats.

The vehicle is equipped with a facial recognition system that can check the body temperature of vaccine recipients.

The whole vaccination process will be carried out inside the vehicle. After getting a shot, vaccine recipients will remain under observation at a designated area outside of the vehicle.
