总是担心客户要免费样品,怎么办

在外贸中,很多客户都会问一个问题
Can you send us a sample?
我们要怎么回这个问题呢?以下分享五种回复方式:
1、Generally our sample price is 15% higher than wholesale price, but to support you, we decided to give you our wholesale price. Please find attached sample Pl, and kindly arrange sample cost and shipping cost to us.
告诉客户,样品费比批发是贵一点的。为了显示诚意。可以给批发价购买。
Please don't worry, after you make formal order, we will refund all sample cost to you.
并承诺你以后下订单返还样品费。
2、Our company sent out a lot of samples last year, but after calculation by our accounting department, the cost is too big, so this year we can't do this.
不说自己不肯给免费样品,把锅转给财务啊,说是财务不让的免费样品啦。
But to support you, after application, you can pay half sample cost, please find attached Pl, and confirm by return.
但是为了显示成交诚意。付一半样品费吧!
We will arrange sample immediately after we receive your payment.
Also, we will still refund you sample cost and shipping cost after you make formal order.
告诉客户,后期正式订单的时候,我们也会全额返还所有的样品费用。
3、It is really very difficult for me to apply free samples for you. Anyway, we will try. Can you help to advise following information, it will help me to persuade our accounting department for free samples more easily.
要免费样品的也不是不可以,回答几个问题啊。根据客户的实际情况权衡一下。
① If everything is OK, when will you place order?
②Can you advise general quantity?
③How you sell your goods?
④ How many goods you import from China last year?
⑤How often you place order from China?
大家可以根据自家的产品,设计几个问题,目的是获得更多客户信息,看免费样品值不值。
4、Do you have skype? We can show you our product through skype.
通过 skype 演示产品。
5,We understand you must be very busy, so we made a video and upload ito YOUTUBE, please check youtube link here: XXX
做个视频上传到 YouTube,让客户看视频。

做外贸呢不要因为客户不付样品费,就放弃了与客户成交的机会。
具体问题具体分析,但前提一定要记住,这个客户值不值得我们给免费样品,也就是认真分析客户很重要。
