A member of the alley cats, Topsy is a cute little grey cat who's unusually fond of mice. He has a high IQ and is always coming up with intricate inventions.

UNIQUE SKILLS AND WEAPONS

Lv 1: Topsy creates a clone of himself to help him catch mice.

Lv 2: Reduces cooldown time.

Lv 3: The clone continues to exist until it becomes Weakened from taking too much damage.

Lv 1: Reduces attack interval cooldown time after hitting a mouse.

Lv 2: Mice that break free from Topsy have their speed reduced by 30%.

Lv 3: Hitting mice will remove most of their buffs.

Lv 1: Blows a bubble which can trap mice.

Lv 2: Reduces cooldown time.

Lv 3: Can blow two bubbles at once.

Lv 1: Topsy swings the capture net to pin the mouse in front of him to the ground. The mouse can struggle to break free. Use the skill again to throw the captured mouse to the ground, causing nearby mice to lose HP.

Lv 2: The longer the captured mouse stays in the net, the more damage it takes when thrown out.

Lv 3: Greatly reduces skill CD.
