High and low temperature impact testing of automotive air condit

With the vigorous development of the automotive air conditioning industry, the demand for automotive air conditioning fans is growing rapidly. Although there are many manufacturers of automotive air conditioning fans in China, there is still no written industry standard. High and low temperature cold and hot test chambers provide temperature and humidity cycling testing for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products in the industry, such as computer terminals and automotive components. The high and low temperature cold and hot test box is mainly composed of a control panel, a distribution board, an insulation storage board, a supply fan, a heater, a humidifier, and a refrigerator. The main specifications can be divided into different standard indoor dimensions and different condition testing specifications.

1、 The normal working environment conditions of the fan are as follows according to QC/T413-2002:

Temperature: 18 ℃~28 ℃ Relative humidity: 45%~75% Air pressure: 86kpa~106kpa

The working environment temperature range of the fan: -40 ℃~85 ℃

2、 Low temperature performance test:

The test temperature is -30 ℃ for 8 hours, and the product generally undergoes testing when not in operation; When required by product standards, the test product can be in operation. After the test, the condensing fan should be undamaged, and the speed and current changes should not exceed 10% after the test is completed.

3、 High temperature performance test:

The test temperature is 85 ℃ and lasts for 8 hours. The product generally undergoes testing when not in operation; When required by product standards, the test product can be in operation. After the test, the condensing fan should be undamaged, and the speed and current changes should not exceed 10% after the test is completed.

4、 Temperature and humidity combined cycle principle:

40 ℃/95% R.H./1h → ramp: 1 ℃/min → -10 ℃/1h, 20 cycles. The low and high temperature values during the experiment were -30 ℃ (duration of 1 hour) and 80 ℃ (duration of 3 hours), respectively. Each cycle was executed for 4 hours, and the temperature conversion time was not calculated. The number of cycles was 10. Products generally undergo testing when not in operation; When required by product standards, the test product can be in operation. After the test, the condensing fan should be undamaged, and the speed and current changes should not exceed 10% after the test is completed.

5、 The usage conditions of the high and low temperature cold and hot test chamber are as follows:

（1）. Installation site

The ground is flat and well ventilated

There is no strong vibration around the equipment

There is no strong electromagnetic field impact around the equipment

There are no flammable, explosive, Corrosive substance substances and dust around the equipment

Leave appropriate space for use and maintenance around the equipment,

（2）. Power supply conditions

Power requirement: AC380V ± 10% 50 ± 0.5Hz three-phase five wire system

Pre installed power: total power+2.0KW

Users are required to configure corresponding capacity air or power switches for the equipment at the installation site, and this switch must be independent for the use of this equipment (recommended power switch capacity: 32A)

（3）. Environmental conditions

Environmental temperature: 5 ℃~+30 ℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤ 30 ℃)

Environmental humidity: ≤ 85% RH

（4）. Water supply conditions (humid and hot type and water equipment required)

Use purified water, distilled water, and deionized water. Resistivity ≥ 500 Ω
