UN made a decision which regarded as a milestone which planned to carry out a introduction of a international protocol which was of legal rights. So as to elaborate every part of plastic use. Not only to clean up the plastic bottles and straws in the ocean, but also referring to all the design, production and recycling use of plastic products.
