从2012年2月1日起，出口至坦桑尼亚的货物需要接受进行装船前的符合性检验才能出口至坦桑尼亚。

坦桑尼亚PVOC出证流程

1.提供发票箱单，检测报告等资料

2.提交申请，审核通过，安排验货

3.验货合格后，提供最终发票箱单，进出口商CR NO安排出草稿

4.草稿确认，出正本
