第三十一课　我不是眼前世界的受害者

J对第三十一课的指导

you are blessed beings indeed

你们确实是深受祝福的存有

I am that one that you know is Jesus

我就是你们所认识的J

and this is a lesson that I taught to my disciples on the cross 

这是我对我的门徒教导的十字架的一课

and that is what I was teaching them that I am NOT a victim of the world as you see it

这就是我曾教导他们的：我并不是你所看到的世界的受害者

in that great lesson that great teaching learning opportunity 

在那个伟大的课程中，那个伟大的教学机会中

many of those beings that followed me could not assimilate the lesson 

那些跟随我的人，很多都不能彻底理解

they could not believe that I was not being victimized that I was not suffering

他们无法相信：我并不是一个受害者，我并不是在受苦

I was standing firm in my elevated consciousness above the battleground 

我当时正以更高的意识，坚定地站立在战场上

and I knew even though it was a great challenge a great act of discipline on my part 

我知道，尽管这对我来说，是一个巨大的挑战，一个巨大的纪律实践

I knew that I did not need to suffer 

然而我知道，我并不需要受苦

and that my mind could assess the situation accurately and choose to move through that experience without the pain and suffering

and despair of the martyr that is not what I was doing 

我并没有绝望地殉道，那并不是我当时所做的

and that is why it has been so hard for you to understand in your society

because it was an extremely sophisticated lesson for the beings who were in front of me

因为那是给当时站在我眼前的人们上的极其复杂、深奥的一课

this lesson was not designed for the world necessarily 

这一课并不是为世人所设计的必须的一课

although it has become that indeed

尽管它后来确实变成如此

in that time and place when I was in the physical incarnation that you know as Jesus 

当时，在那个地方，当我是你们所知道的J的时候

I was teaching my students 

我正在教我的学生

I was teaching them and showing them my abilities to overcome the physical material world

and that I indeed I was not being victimized

I was choosing to go through a very very dramatic teaching learning experience for their benefit

however only a couple of those disciples were able to integrate that information into their minds

but that is okay 

但没关系

one mind changed is enough

one mind healed is enough

one mind in alignment with truth is more powerful than ten thousand my minds in fear cowering in the corner afraid to stand up and be counted 

一个对准真理的心灵，胜过一万个在恐惧中，畏缩在角落里，害怕站起来的心灵

so do not allow yourself to be victim by your own beliefs 

所以，不要成为自己信念的受害者

you are not a victim of the world you see 

你并不是眼前世界的受害者

it is a reflection of your consciousness rushing towards you 

那不过是冲着你而来，你意识的一个反映而已

so that you may come to understand what is going on inside of you 

如此，你才可能明白你内在发生了什么

and if it seems to attack you 

如果那看起来在攻击你

go and look where you attack yourself or others 

就去看看你在攻击自己或别人的地方

go and look where you attack principles or ideas politicians countries Creed's money 

就去看看你在攻击的原则或是观念、政治、国家、信条和金钱

whatever it is that you attack know that it will be reflected back to you in a world that seems to attack you

不论你现在在攻击什么，它都会在一个状似攻击你世界里，返回到你的身上

we are hearing your mind from the deepest levels with these teachings 

我们现在正在通过这些教导，从最深的层次上疗愈你的心灵

and we want you to know that great love is coming to you 

我们想让你知道，伟大的爱正在朝你走来

and many of you will begin to be feeling that 

你们很多人将会开始感受到

now a month into this gathering together 

现在，我们相聚已经一个月了

you are going to be seeing that you are not so quick to judge that you are not so quick to attack 

你将会看到：你不再那么快就去评判了，你不再那么快就去攻击了

perhaps you open a door for someone before you would have charged through 

也许在你通过之前，你就为别人打开了一扇大门

perhaps you are finding yourself sitting quietly contemplating ideas 

也许你发现你正安静地坐着，沉思着一些观念

because you have decided to give yourself space to do the lessons 

因为你已经决定给自己一些空间来做这些练习

and after the lessons you are quite enjoying sitting in your armchair with the radio off and your phone off and the television off 

练习结束后，你非常喜悦地坐在椅子上，关上了收音机，关上了手机，关上了电视机

and you find that being with yourself is becoming much more agreeable 

你发现，与自己在一起，正变得越来越愉快

because the mind that you are experiencing is calming down a little bit is not so fractious

we love you very much and we will be here with you every single day 

我们非常爱你，每一天，天天我们都会在这里陪伴你

every day we nurture this being and she knows that this is her assignment this year so do not despair

if there is a missing lesson one day when you come to your computer know that

it is technological 

技术问题

it is health-related

身体健康的问题

it is because a car broke down

or it is some reason beyond this beings ability to control 

或是某种超出这位存有控制范围的因素

so in that moment if you see a lesson missing do your forgiveness practice 

所以，那时，如果你发现有一课没有，就去做你的宽恕练习

and know that she will show up sooner or later 

你要知道，她早晚都会露面的

we will speak to you again tomorrow
