描述:Active Recombinant Human Mature TGF-beta 1 induces MCF7 cells EMT with a concentration of 12.5 ng/mL. After 10 h, the cell morphology significantly altered, appearing a fusiform shape (figure 1). After 48 h, the change of EMT associated genes are as (figure 2). Results showed that the induction was successful.

描述:Recombinant mouse IL-4(10 ng/mL) and mouse GM-CSF(20 ng/mL) induce C57BL/6J mouse bone marrow cells to differentiate into BMDC. According to the Flowcytometry data, after 6 days, up to 75% of cells in the system expressed DC biomarker CD11C on cell surface, among which more than15% cells had high expression of MHCII. These data shows that the induction was successful.

描述:Recombinant Mouse IL-4 protein (10 ng/mL) and Mouse GM-CSF protein (20 ng/mL)induce C57BL/6 Mouse bone marrow cells to differentiate into BMDC. After 7 days, the BMDC biomarkers, CD11c, CD80 and CD86 on cell surface are 89.4%, 80.7% and 69.7% respectively.
