6月30日，WWE提交新的申请，希望延期正式回应MLW提出的修改后的诉讼。在他们的官方文件中，WWE承认他们最近在寻找新的法律代理服务，并表示需要充足的时间详细调查MLW提出的指控。MLW已经同意调整时间，WWE现在要在8月14日前提交回复。
