社会的基础是法律和规则，如果每个人都为所欲为，那么社会就没办法正常运行，在多大程度上你反对或者支持这个观点。

介绍段:

The law is the imposed rule on people, I suppose that it is hard to maintain order without law, although restrict law is also a challenge to the social development.

主体段

第一段:

If people disobey laws will contribute to the society in chaos, which has negative effect on economic development. Legislation can tell members of public the social norms, the efficiency will be reduced if we go our own way. For example, if some people do not obey traffic regulation, the traffic accidents will increase, which might cause traffic congestion. In this situation, people cannot go to work on time, the companies are not able to deliver goods to clients on time, which will damage the economy.

第二段：

People will have difficulty in daily life if the society is lack of laws. Sometimes people will do the things which are harmful to others due to their own vested interests, For instance, the consumer will suffer a loss if someone sells counterfeit products to making a living. And some commit robberies to make money so that people dare to leave home.

第三段：

Sometimes laws would limit personal freedom inevitably, even present obstacles to social progress. For example， a country enforcing many strict business laws would curb business activity. If the high-income people need to pay hefty income tax, they are unlikely to have motivation to work hard and increase income   

结尾：

In another word, the strongly strict law is unable to tap into the potential of citizens in this society. It is reasonable for Society not to function well if individual were free to do whatever they wanted although harsh law is another problem.
