在 2023 年 6 月 8 日，Windows 11 的早期构建，Build 21380，被 BetaWorld (aww sh** - imgradeone) 泄露。这是 Windows 11 shell 在正式公开之前的某分支中的一个构建（其实当时公开在 Windows Insider Program 的 Dev 频道的，带 Windows 10 shell 的那个版本只不过是个引子）。该构建比众所周知的 Build 21996 更早（21996 在几乎两年前就已被泄露，咳咳，那个发布会还没开就急着用虚拟硬盘给班上电脑装 21996 leak 还傲慢的 zyt2048 / int16 桑？）

该构建必须使用 BIOS 模式安装。（求别问为什么安装不了，虚拟机不要开 UEFI 嗷嗷）

如需让所有（？）需要管理员权限的应用程序能够绕过时间炸弹正常工作，请合并下方注册表，禁用 UAC 并重启：
