Alice:Today we will teach you how to make a cup of black tea. It is best to use the purple clay teapot to make black tea，but the purple clay teapot is too expensive，so we use glassware today.
(今天我们教你如何泡一杯红茶。泡红茶最好用紫砂壶，但是紫砂壶太贵重了，所以我们用玻璃器皿代替。)
Emma:Those are tea set，this is kettle,teapot and tea cup，this is teaspoon and fair cup，this is tea canister. Today，the black tea we want to brew is the Lapsang Souchong. Grown in Wuyi Mountain，Fujian，Lapsang Souchong tea is the ancestor of World Black tea.
（这些就是茶具，这是水壶、茶壶和茶杯，这是茶匙和公道杯，这是茶叶罐。今天我们要冲泡的红茶是正山小种，正山小种红茶产自福建的武夷山，是世界红茶的鼻祖。）
Alice:First，you have to warm the teapot and cup with boiling water. Just like this, pour boiling water into the teapot, roll it counterclockwise, and pour it into the fair cup. The method of warming the fair cup and Tasting cup is the same.
（首先，你必须用开水来温杯。就像这样，将开水倒入茶壶中，逆时针滚动一圈，再将水倒入公道杯中，接下来温公道杯和品茗杯的方法也是一样的。【这句背下来，一边温杯一边说】将水倒入品茗杯中就行了）
Warm tea set can not only clean the tea set，but also stimulate the tea.
（温热茶具不仅能清洁茶具，而且能更好的激发茶香。）【温杯完成后说】
Emma:Then，you should put the tea into the teapot with a teaspoon. And pour the boiling water into the teapot and pour it out immediately, which is called wake up tea or wash tea.
（然后，你应该用茶匙将茶叶投入茶壶中，再将开水注入茶壶中，并且快速的再将茶壶中的水倒出来，这叫醒茶或者洗茶。）
The purpose of waking up tea is to fully moisten the tea,enhance the temperature of the tea and tea set,facilitate the leaching of the second tea soup,and remove the impurities contained in the tea.
（醒茶的目的在于充分湿润茶叶，提升茶叶、茶具的温度，便于第二泡茶汤的浸出，还可以去除茶叶中所含的杂质。）【醒茶完成后说】
Alice:Next，pour the boiling water into the teapot again. After about fifteen seconds，you can pour the tea into the fair cup.In the meantime,you can continue to complete the task of the warm up.
（接下来，再次将开水注入茶壶中，大约十五秒后就可以将茶汤倒入公道杯中了。在此期间，你可以继续完成温杯的工作。）
The tea soup of black tea is very beautiful，and we use glassware to better appreciate the color of the tea.
（红茶的茶汤是很美的，我们用玻璃器皿能更好的欣赏茶汤的颜色）
Emma:Finally, pour the tea in the fair cup into the tasting cup, and you can enjoy it.
（最后，将公道杯中的茶倒入品茗杯中，你就可以享受这一杯茶汤了。）
The reason for using the fair cup is to make the concentration of the tea in the hands of each guest the same, reflecting a spirit of equal hospitality.
（之所以要用公道杯，是为了使每一位客人手中的茶浓度一致，这体现了一种平等待客的心态。）
Alice:It is very suitable for drinking black tea in winter.Black tea is bright red in color, mellow in taste and has good compatibility. We should carefully taste in order to enjoy the real taste of its flavor. Let’s experience the hidden meaning of the tea art which comes from our lives in these quiet and fine surroundings.

Emma:This is the most basic method of making tea. Finally I would like to say that black tea is the most inclusive kind of tea. Black tea can be drunk alone，and also can be mixed with milk，cubic sugar，fruit juice or alcohol，to be served as appetizing romantic beverage. Reputed as “Queen of tea”，Lasang Souang is the British Royal Family’s favorite tea.
（这就是最基础的冲泡红茶的方法。最后我想说红茶是最具包容性的茶类。红茶既适合清饮，更适合加入牛奶、方糖、果汁或者酒，调制成美味可口的浪漫饮料。同时，正山小种被誉为“茶中皇后”，深得英国皇室的珍爱。）
