规则7：If you notice shadows being out of sync with your surroundings, return to the last room you were in as quickly as possible, alone. Close the door, then return to the lobby. Until you do so, do not touch your shadow under any circumstance.

规则7翻译：如果你的影子没跟着你，请尽快独自回到你呆过的最后一个房间，关上门然后回到大厅，在这样做之前，请不要触碰你的影子

规则8：If a garbage bag begins moving violently or making noises, dispose of it in the special chute in the garbage room. Do NOT open the bag.
