this is because there is a big population size in cities especially in mega cities and there are all kinds of noises, noises from business, from traffic, from construction, even from your neighbors

so you're more easily To Be disturbed by  noise 

by  contrast,  countries are sparsely populated , So it's less likely To suffer from noise
