食品进口报关注意事项手续要求「食品清关流程关税税率」

食品，指各种供人食用或者饮用的成品和原料以及按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物品，但是不包括以治疗为目的的物品。

　　对食品的定义：可供人类食用或饮用的物质，包括加工食品，半成品和未加工食品，不包括烟草或只作药品用的物质。

　　一、食品进口清关所需单证资料

　　1.装箱单，发票，合同（Packing list,invoice,contract）

　　2.提单（bill of lading）

　　3.卫生证（Sanitary Certificates）

　　4.原产地证（certificate of origin）

　　5.生产国产品成份证明（Certificate of product composition in producing country）

　　6.原包装标签样张（Original packaging label sample）

　　7.原包装标签中文翻译件（Chinese translation of the original packaging label）

　　8.生产日期证明（Certificate of production date）

　　二、食品进口报关流程

　　1.发货（国外备好货发海运/空运）

　　Delivery(foreign countries prepare goods for sea/air transport)

　　2.货物到达（到了港口/机场）

　　The goods arrived(at the port/airport)

　　3.换单（海运提单/空运运单换提货单）

　　Change of bill(ocean bill of lading/air waybill for bill of lading)

　　4.申报（提供货物信息及单证进行申报）

　　Declaration(providing goods information and documents for declaration)

　　5.缴税费（使用单一窗口平台向海关缴税，我司也可代缴）

　　Tax payment fee(paying taxes to the customs through a single window platform can also be remitted by our company)

　　6.查验（不一定查验，看几率，官员根据提供的货物信息对货物进行查验）

　　Inspection(not necessarily inspection,depending on the probability,officials will inspect the goods according to the information provided)

　　7.放行（查验无问题，贵司或我司安排送货至指定收货地址）

　　Release(if there is no problem after inspection,your company or our company will arrange delivery to the designated receiving address)
