why do big companies introduce new products frequently ?

as far as I have ever noticed , there are two major factors to explain how come big companies introduce new products from time to time .

1st the latest products exposed to the public will be capable of drawing attention of consumers , as a consequence sales will get improved which create economic benefits , for example ,.....

2nd introducing new products frequently makes a way for companies to establish and maintain a positive image among potential clients , since there is a sort of creativity or innovation to be found , for instance ,.....

which one is better when making a complaint by talking or by writing ?

from my perspective , it is up to how severe the complaint is or who we file a complaint to when it comes to how to do it .

1st as for something trivial that can be dealt with by someone familiar , talking makes a highly effective way to get the job done which is way more time efficient and handier , for instance ,....

2nd in terms of something big time that can only be taken care of by a big man , I guess writing seems much more formal and convincing which gives receivers a kind of stress to take care of the issue , for example ,.....
