Prepare armed vehicles on the opposite side of the E5 expressway facing South, adjacent to the airport. Place dynamite just before the intersection, rigged to explode once the trucks approach.

However, there are thousands of refugees in vehicles stopped in the tunnel. They all thought it was smart to come North, as if the cold would make it harder on zombies. Wasn't that a myth?
The soldiers who refused the previous orders were shot right in front of us. Are we supposed to just obey and continue with the plan? How many civilian lives are at stake? Is it really worth it to stop the infection? What if the infection reaches Hokkaido anyway?

So the higher-ups decided to convert the Izumo into a refugee camp to house all of the refugees that have gone North.
There's so many tents that everyone is starting to call it "Tent City"...
Though I miss my old station back down in Kyushu, life is starting to feel pretty comfortable up here. We're doing well for the situation. I'm almost starting to get optimistic.
In a couple months we could probably muster the strength to start pushing the undead South and reclaim the island.

We've officially lost control of the city. The anarchists are too numerous for us to handle. They've used underground networks to supply illegal firearms and gain power.
At the moment, we're holed up in the police station. They won't be able to get in, but there's not much time until the undead arrives and everyone dies anyway.
We're requesting the military be sent in to deal with these guys in the streets. If we can retake control of Sapporo, maybe we can establish a hub for fighting the undead.

After weeks of trying, we've successfully hacked into the nuclear launch system in the CIA/Coalition compound at Cape Sōya. It's safe to say the missile has been disabled and any plans to launch onto China disrupted.
However, most of the world, including China, has fallen. It's safe to assume the only remaining survivors are in fringe groups and wherever the Coalition is. Oh, and the DPRK.
But what is to be done? Do we just sit in this bunker until we die, then reanimate? Well, that would only happen if the virus were to be airborn. So if anyone opens the door, our deaths are already guaranteed.
