PART2----试剂反应特点：

LY2510924是一种有效的、选择性的CXCR4拮抗剂，特异性地阻止SDF-1与CXCR4的结合，IC50为0.079 nM；抑制SDF-1诱导的GTP结合，Kb值为0.38 nM。

LY2510924抑制SDF-1诱导的细胞迁移，IC50为0.26 nM；并抑制SDF-1/CXCR4介导的胞内信号。LY2510924没有明显的激动活性。它对其他趋化因子受体如CCR1,CCR2,CXCR2和CXCRChemicalbook3在检测浓度下没有抑制活性，对5-羟色胺受体、多巴胺受体、opioidreceptors也没有活性。
