GB/T 42704-2023 英文版/外文版(bzfyw.com) 汽车内饰用纺织材料挥发性有机物的测定 箱体法 GB/T 42704-2023 英文版/外文版 Textile trim materials in automotive interior applications - Determination of the emissions of volatile organic compounds - Chamber method GB/T 42704-2023 英文版/外文版 GB/T 42704-2023 英文版/外文版   前言 本文件按照GB/T 1,1—2020《标准化工作导则瞭第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定起草。 请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。本文件由中国纺织工业联合会提出。 本文件由全国纺织品标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 209)归口。   汽车内饰用纺织材料 挥发性有机物的测定 箱体法 1 范围 本文件描述了采用箱体法收集并测定汽车内饰用纺织材料挥发性有机物释放量的试验方法。本文件适用于各类汽车内饰用纺织材料,包括机织物.针织物,非织造布和涂层织物,以及复合织物。 2 规范性引用文件 下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。 HJ/T 400——2007车内挥发性有机物和醛酮类物质采任测定方法 3 术语和定义 下列术语和定义适用于本文件。 3.1 总挥发性有机化合物total volatile organic compounds: TVOC 利用Tenax管采样,非极性色谱柱(极性指数小于10)进行分析,保留时间在正己烷和正十六烷之间的挥发性的有机化合物。 3.2 总碳氢化合物质量浓度total hydrocarbon mass concentration 使用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测得的所有气态碳氢化合物的质量总和除以规定气压和温度条件下干燥气体的体积所得的商。 3.3 挥发性有机化合物volatile organic compounds : VOC 从样品中释放并能够在试验箱出口气体中检测到的有机化合物。 3.4 试验箱test chamber 能模拟特定温湿度条件,可密封,用于收集汽车内饰纺织材料挥发性有机物的设备。 3.5 气体交换速率air change rate 单位时间内试验箱进气量与箱体容积的比值。 3.6 气流速度airflow speed 试验箱内由于气体流动产生的空气流的平均速度,其速度的测量点位于箱体中心点。 3.7 箱体容积chamber capacity 扣除试验箱内所有安装装置的体积后的试验空间有效体积。 3.8 产品负载率product loading factor 产品在实际使用时暴露在环境中的面积与箱体容积的比值。 3.9 Tenax 管Tenax tube 玻璃或不锈钢吸附管,内部装有粒径为250 μm~180 μm(60目~80目)的固体吸附材料。 注:通常采用Tenax-TA管较多﹐也能采用其他填料的吸附管。 3.10 DNPH管DNPH tube 填充了涂渍2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)硅胶的采样管。 4原理 将试样放入试验箱内,在规定的温度﹑湿度及气体交换速率下加热,通过在线氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),对采样环境进行实时监测,一定时间后利用采样管收集箱内气体,通过气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱仪(HPLC),对采集到的苯系物和醛酮类物质(见附录A)进行定性和定量测定。   Foreword   This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1,1-2020 Directives for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents. This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Textiles of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 209).   Textile trim materials in automotive interior applications - Determination of the emissions of volatile organic compounds - Chamber method 1 Scope This document describes a test method for collecting and determining the emissions of volatile organic compounds from textile trim materials for automotive interiors by the chamber method. This document is applicable to all types of textile trim materials in automotive interior applications, including woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwovens and coated fabrics, and composite fabrics. 2 Normative references The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. HJ/T 400-2007 Determination of volatile organic compounds and carbonyl compounds in cabin of vehicles 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 total volatile organic compounds; TVOC  volatile organic compounds with retention time between n-hexane and n-hexadecane when sampled by Tenax tube and analyzed with a non-polar column (polarity index: <10) 3.2 total hydrocarbon mass concentration quotient obtained by dividing the sum of the masses of all gaseous hydrocarbons measured using a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) by the volume of the dry gas at a specified pressure and temperature 3.3 volatile organic compounds; VOC organic compounds released from samples that can be detected in the outlet gas of the test chamber 3.4 test chamber equipment that can simulate specific temperature and humidity conditions, can be sealed, and is used for collecting volatile organic compounds from textile trim materials in automotive interior 3.5 air change rate ratio of air intake to chamber capacity in unit time 3.6 airflow speed average airflow speed produced by gas flow in the test chamber which is measured at the center of the chamber 3.7 chamber capacity effective volume of test space after deducting the volume of all installed devices in the test chamber 3.8 product loading factor ratio of the area exposed to the environment and the chamber volume when the product is actually used 3.9 Tenax tube glass or stainless-steel adsorption tube, inside which is filled with solid adsorption material with particle size of 250 μm ~ 180 μm (60 mesh ~ 80 mesh) Note: Tenax-TA tubes are usually used, and adsorption tubes with other packing can also be used. 3.10 DNPH tube sampling tube filled with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) silicone gel 4 Principle Place the sample in the test chamber and heat it at the specified temperature, humidity, and gas exchange rate. Real time monitoring of the sampling environment is carried out using an online hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). After a certain period of time, the gas inside the chamber is collected using a sampling tube. Qualitative and quantitative determination of the collected benzene series and aldehydes and ketones (see Annex A) is carried out using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
