Superior Mesenteric Artery syndrome; rapid weight loss decreases the aortomesenteric distance because of a reduction of fat. A delay in diagnosis can lead to severe complications, such as a gastric rupture. 

肠系膜上动脉综合征。快速体重下降由于脂肪组织减少而缩短主动脉和肠系膜上动脉距离（十二指肠在腹主动脉和肠系膜上动脉间受压）。延误诊断将导致严重并发症，如胃破裂。
