A Guide to Self Concept

self concept is the set of beliefs we hold for ourselves and whatever is around us. it is how we perceive our world and ourselves. every little assumptions about ourselves lead to what we call, self concept.

自我概念（下文中简称SC）是我们对自己和周围事物所持的信念。它是我们如何看待我们的世界和我们自己。每一个关于我们自己的小假设都是我们所谓的自我概念。

so, why is it important? it is important because it builds our 3d. we know our assumptions/thoughts create our reality. since whatever you assume is the reality, self concept plays a major role in this. if you assume negative things about yourself, you live a negative life. it’s really straightforward. it is the key to manifesting. self concept really controls every aspect of your life.

所以，为啥SC这么重要？之所以非常重要是因为它可以建立我们的3D世界，我们都知道我们的假设（想法）创造我们的实相世界（又称3D世界、影子世界、在没有接触假设法则之前以为的“现实世界”）。无论你假设的是什么，SC都扮演着重要角色在其中，如果你假设是关于你自己消极方面的事物，那你便生活在属于你的消极世界里，这非常直观。这就是显化的关键，SC在真正意义上控制你人生的各方面。

if you think you don’t need a good self concept, then listen up. say, you’re manifesting an sp, but you always look *up* to them. if you’re putting someone above yourself and giving them more power, then you’re limiting yourself. and since you think they’re something you need to achieve, then uh, we got a problem here.

如果你认为你不需要健康的、良好的SC，那么听着，比如说，你正在显化一个SP，但你总是在“仰视”他们。如果你将某人放在你之上，并给予他们过分的权力。那么，你正在作茧自缚，既然你认为他们是你需要（努力）实现的目标，这就是问题所在。

blogs keep barking on how you need a good self concept because you need to be one on the pedestal. people with a perfect self concept know that and, thus puts themselves on the pedestal acknowledging their power and that they are the god, the most powerful and limitless one. and so, life unfolds in front of them in their most ideal manner.

now that we know the importance of a perfect self concept, let’s see how can we get one. i mean who doesn’t want to live life in their ideal manner and feel good of themselves?

there are a lot of ways to achieve an immaculate self concept, i’ll try to put down most of them!

有许多方法来实现一个完美的自我概念，我会在这儿介绍绝大多数的方法。

note : at the end of the day, all you need to do is assume and persist. these methods are just for fun! you can try them out if you want to, no pressure.

the first one is for the people who really want to stay organized. imagine yourself having that perfect self concept. what kind of thoughts would you have? what kind of mindset would you carry around? how would you feel about yourself? what rules would you make for yourself and follow? either take a mental note or actually write down (digitally or physically, really doesn’t matter).

第一个方法是给那些很需要保持条理性的人。去想象你自己拥有完美的自我概念。你会有什么样的想法? 你会有什么样的心态? 你觉得自己怎么样? 你会为自己制定并遵守哪些规则?你可以在心里做个笔记，也可以把它写下来(不管是用电脑还是手写，这都不重要)。

for a moment, forget about your past self and focus on the person you desire to be. now, keep that note with yourself. make it your gospel. now just assume that whatever you wrote in that paper is already true. assume you already have your desired mindset. and then, persist in that assumption. whenever you feel like your doubts are creeping in, read that note or just remind yourself of your power. this works instantly! you don’t need to do this for nth number of days, nope. acknowledge you have that mindset and then live life, nothing can ever fail you.

暂时忘记过去的自己，将注意力专注在你渴望成为的人。现在，你保留着这张笔记，让它成为你的福音吧，此刻就假设你在笔记里写的都是真的。假设你当下已经处于你想要的心态。然后，坚持这个假设。当你觉得你的怀疑在悄悄蔓延时，读读这篇文章注意或者只是简单提醒自己你所拥有的力量。这会立刻生效!你不需要逼着自己连续第n天都要这样做，不用的，亲爱的，你只用简简单单承认你正拥有着这样的心态，然后好好生活，不会有任何事情让你失望的。

second one is my personal fav! it’s acquiring a perfect self concept through music. make a playlist named, “songs that describe me” and then add songs which makes you feel happy, energetic and unleash your inner bad bitch. now, we’ll use a placebo. assume, this playlist gives you an amazing self concept. done! isn’t that simple and fun? also, you can listen to sad songs, geez, that doesn’t affect anything.

third one is affirming. now i don’t want you all to affirm like a robot. there’s no fun in that. affirm like you’re bragging about your perfect self concept. say how you manifest in seconds and have such a big impact on your reality because you’re the god. here are some affirmations! fourth is visualizing. this is pretty self explanatory. visualize yourself having an amazing self concept and literally spamming blogs with success stories. [idk where i read this, so credits to the blog :)]

the fifth one is knowing! just decide you have an amazing self concept and relax. you are already a master manifestor, what’s there to cry about?

now, you can also get into the void state to manifest a perfect self concept. you can use the lullaby method or even command your subconscious. you can even create your own method. again, it really depends on your assumptions. whatever method you think is effective will give you faster results!
