解决方法

在 MassLynx 中，从 C:\Masslynx folder 文件夹打开缺省项目。

关闭 MassLynx 软件。

Stop Acquity process。

打开超级终端 Hyperterminal 并重新启动 SYNAPT G2-Si（或通过 telnet 或面板后面的按钮重新启动 EPC）。

打开 MassLynx 并确认底部显示不扫描。

打开 Tune 页面并验证通讯

Error: Application BlueWater UI has encountered an unrecoverable problem -

Tune page crashes with error

In MassLynx, open default project from the C:\Masslynx folder.

Close MassLynx.

Stop ACQUITY processes.

Open the hyperterminal and reboot the SYNAPT G2-Si (or reboot the EPC via telnet or the button behind the panel).

Open MassLynx and confirm that the bottom indicates not scanning.

Open the Tune page and verify communication.
