A Secondary Agent/Consultant is a person not of thesubmitting company who wishes to create joint submissions or Letters of Supporton behalf of the Secondary Authorized Official. These persons will also be ableto submit amendments to the original joint submission/Letter of Support.

二级代理/顾问是非提交公司的人，他们希望代表二级授权官员创建联合提交或支持信函。这些人还可以提交原始联合提交/支持信函的修正案。

Note: Only Authorized Officials may submit the originalsection 5 Notices.

EPA注册有效期是多久？

答：EPA注册没有明确的有效期，每年按时递交年度生产报告，所授权的美国代理人一直合法有效，那么EPA注册则一直有效。

EPA注册厂家可以自己申请吗？

答：EPA注册必须是美国当地居民或者公司进行申请，针对美国以外的一切公司，都不能直接申请。所以像我们中国的厂家申请，则必须委托美国代理人进行。美国代理人必须是在美国有永久居住权的个人或者EPA授权的代理公司。
