Answer 答案：

“Skull base osteomyelitis” accurately describes the disease, as MOE starts as an infection of the external auditory canal which spreads to the temporal bone and skull base. MOE can then spread to intracranial structures。

当恶性外耳道炎（MOE）由外耳道感染开始并扩散到颞骨和颅底骨时，颅底骨骨髓炎准确地描述了这个病。然后MOE可以蔓延到颅内结构。
