Being alone and being lonely are two different things. If you enjoy tranquility and being alone and find pleasure in it, you will not feel lonely wherever you go or whatever you do on your own.

一个人跟寂寞是两回事。一个人可以不寂寞，假如你乐在其中，享受宁静和独处的话。

Two persons being together can sometimes feel lonely, when either of you can’t communicate with each other, or appreciate each other’s value of existence, or share love and care.

两个人也可以很寂寞，当你们无法沟通，无法欣赏彼此存在的价值，无法分享爱与关怀时。
