苹果烧肉盖饭食谱

Homemade Apple-Marinated Pork Rice Bowl Recipe

食材

食材:中里脊肉(切薄片)-200g、洋葱(切丝)-100g

Ingredients:200g pork leg tender side or pork tenderloin, 100g onion

PS:关于肉的部分,也可选用肥瘦相间的梅花肉或五花肉


腌渍

腌渍:苹果(去皮磨泥)-100g、蒜泥-1小瓣、酱油-1.5汤匙、味醂-1汤匙、米酒-1汤匙、白砂糖-½茶匙(或换成蜂蜜)

Marinade:100g grated apple, 1 grated garlic, 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp mirin, 1 Tbsp rice wine, ½ tsp granulated sugar or honey


成品

烹饪步骤:

1) 将腌渍之酱汁于小碗中拌匀,放入肉片拌匀后,密封冷藏60分钟。

2) 中火热锅,放入1汤匙的食用油,放入洋葱丝拌炒至软化。

3) 放入腌渍好的肉片,中火拌炒至熟透后,起锅放至白饭上即可。

Cooking Instructions:

1) Combine the marinade in a bowl, add the sliced pork and rub in well all over. Cover the bowl and let it stand for 60 minutes in the fridge.

2) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add the sliced onion and stir fry until soft.

3) Add the sliced pork and stir fry until cooked through, then turn off the stove. Transfer the apple-marinated pork on the cooked rice.
