投稿前的咨询信这么写（文末附赠模板）
考虑自己的研究投稿到哪个期刊最合适是一件头等大事。投稿之前的规划既有助于确保自己的研究结果可以惠及最能受益的读者，又能避免作者投稿至不适合的期刊而浪费时间。
如果不确定自己的研究是否属于某个期刊的出版范围，那么可以在正式投稿前先给期刊写一封咨询信（presubmission inquiry）。
什么是投稿前咨询？
投稿前咨询，就是作者在投稿前向期刊发送的询问信，目的是获得学术期刊的意见，确认自己的稿件是否适合这个期刊。形式可以是电子邮件，也可以通过登录在线投稿平台填写的表单。
投稿前咨询期刊回复的通常都很及时，一般只需要2-5天，这样有助于作者安排准备稿件的时间，将论文投给最适合的期刊和读者。
和正式投稿不同，投稿前咨询可以一次性发送给几个期刊。发送投稿前咨询信，不会影响正式投稿后期刊对稿件的审理。
如何递交投稿前咨询？
不同期刊对投稿前咨询的接受情况也不同，有些期刊甚至不接受投稿前咨询。所以，作者应该首先访问目标期刊的作者投稿指南页面（Information for Authors），了解期刊的流程。
现在不少期刊提供在线表单，供作者填写投稿前咨询。这时作者只需要填写稿件的相关必填项即可。如果没有提供表单，期刊也会给出说明，指导作者通过邮件发送投稿前咨询，以及咨询邮件中必须包含的事项。
期刊每天可能会收到好几条投稿前咨询，期刊编辑的工作又十分繁忙，所以为确保编辑部能轻松处理你的咨询，咨询的内容应当简明扼要，包含能够用来评估稿件契合度的关键信息。
具体可参考下列注意事项，并下载本文末提供的模板。
需要包含在咨询中的内容有：
•通讯作者（corresponding author）的全名和联系方式；
•文章类型（article type）：如综述（review）、原创性研究（original research article）、致信（letter）、案例研究（case study）等等；
•论文标题（或暂定的标题）；
•论文的摘要或概述：要囊括这篇文章的研究背景或动机、问题陈述（problem statement）、方法、结果和影响，最好不要超过250个英文单词（关于如何撰写摘要，请看此文）；
•说明该研究对期刊读者有何意义。
如果期刊没有提及，那么下面几条不要放在咨询中：
•不要附上稿件全文；
•不要提供图片表格文件；
•不要加入参考文献列表；
•不要放上作者的简历和CV。
总结一下：首先访问目标期刊的官方网址。如果期刊提供在线递交投稿前咨询的表单，直接填写即可。如果没有提供，就在期刊网站上找到用于咨询服务的邮箱地址，写信向主编（Editor-in-Chief）咨询。
