2019年总结“留档”

个人感悟和摘录(部分)
1 当一个机会来临的时候,重要的不是担心错过机会后自己会有多后悔于是去盲目把握,而是去思考这个机会给自己带来的,和自己真正想要的生活状态是不是一致的。
2 被动的描述可以降低攻击性。
3 我们总是希望父母不要把我们当成孩子看,但是我们其实也很少不把父母当“父母”以外的角色来对待。
4 并不是想要无坚不摧就能够坚强的,不然哪来那么多不经意间的话语将人戳得遍体鳞伤。遇到那个很脆弱很敏感的点,再坚强也难免会受到伤害。
5 你想尽办法去理解他人,去原谅重要他人,却依然无法掩蔽你对被理解的需要。
6 一路风雨飘摇,你还是挺了过来,这么煎熬的过程,现在的你真的太不容易了。(这句觉得共情特别好)
7 活出自己想的样子,并不是靠着一腔热血就能够实现的,愿景成真还需要个人能力的支撑。
8 你没能够说出真相,并不完全是你的责任,那个环境没能给你一个安全、受保护的氛围,这也是一部分原因。
9 没能说出真相不一定是说假话,也有可能是刻意回避问题,答非所问。有时候我自己也会这么做,因为当时觉得没有很能够代表内心的话语可以表达,当时想到的只有一个标签化的词语,然而我并不想给自己贴标签,所以,干脆就不回答了。
10后悔是我们没能够展现自己身份的最高状态。
11好人,是对某一方有利的人,但是,没有人会对所有人都有利,所以,不可能一直都当好人。
12思想独立,意味着,你有你的观点,我有我的态度,你可以不认同我,但是我依然可以保有我的观点。
13孤立的人相互沟通,使得被边缘化的人们找到另一个人。
