How to help developing countries has always been a controversy.

In my perspective, I believe both offering financial aid and practical suggestions are equally important, as they provide unique benefits.

1Subsidies have their positives.

2One is they can facilitate developing countries to develop basic infrastructure.

3As such countries are usually poor, the money they received from global organizations can help them build schools, hospitals, roads, and improve their transportation system, which will eventually boost the well-beings for local citizens.

4Also, they can set up factories where basic manufacturing based on their raw materials can be done, therefore offering jobs to locals and reducing the unemployment rate for governments.

5Similarly, for countries which are experiencing catastrophes, such as floods, earthquakes ,or droughts , authorities can buy foods and provide medical services once they receive the funds.

6 If they didn't have the subsidies , citizens would starve or even die due to lack of medicine.

Nonetheless , practical help also offers powerful advantages.

Specifically , financial aid will not be sustainable unless it is accompanied by practical advice in regards to how to use those funds

This is because after schools and hospitals are constructed , it is the professional suggestions on how to run schools and hospitals that will offer real benefits for locals.

This comes from professional services from global organizations ,and this is the essence of what humanitarian support is all about on helping developing countries.

Move over, as opposed to some funds being corrupted by some local governments, the real help can put the poor who are at a disadvantage in taking advantage of the money at an advantage by receiving education and finding jobs that they had no access in the past.

And the income from jobs will lift them out of poverty.

Concluding, eliminating poverty is achievable, however, it is not achievable until everyone is dedicated to achieving it.

In order for this happen, developing countries have to balance between monetary help and practical support .
